You have different audiences you are speaking to in your business. We call those "Customer Buckets." You don't say the same thing to different people. Or you may, but in different ways. Do it in ways that make sense to which audience/customer bucket you are talking to.
If someone doesn’t respond, FOLLOW UP. This is how we go from mass texting to 1:1 nurturing.
I know this can feel overwhelming and like a lot of work. But imagine the benefits this can have for you going forward! This is what true business marketing looks like: creating your customer buckets so you can serve them individually and intentionally.
Text to your Savers on Cyber Monday only:
"Cynthia, I just stocked up on ningxia red for an entire year! Did you see my email? Girl, now is the time to jump on it. Want me to send you the link?"
Text to your LIFErs on Black Friday / Cyber Monday: I would check to see if they placed a huge order on Black Friday; sending a text on Monday may be overkill. Check in with those who place big orders.
"Seriously Lisa, you have to check this out! Can you imagine getting [INSERT COOL OIL HERE FROM THE SALE] ?? I’m so excited, and I figured you would be too. Did you get my email? Let me know if I can send you the link!"
Text to your On-the-Fencers on Black Friday (and/or Cyber Monday): This group could include about-to-go inactives and warm prospects! Remember to speak to their needs; focus on THEM -- not the sale.
"Sarah, how was your Thanksgiving yesterday (if they are from the USA)? Here’s a pic of our day, hope you enjoyed some downtime with your fam. Before I forget, would you want to check out some fun holiday shopping going on with Young Living today? I think [INSERT ONE THING FROM SALE] could really help you with your [INSERT COMMON ISSUE.]"
So this might read like this…
I think NingXia Red could really help you with your energy levels.
I think Thieves Household Cleaner could really help you start switching out the chemicals under your sink.
I think a new diffuser could really help you get into a habit of using oils more in your daily life.
Keep it simple, but just personal enough to grab their attention and start a conversation.
