As Canadian members, we have access to all of the YL products, but because of Canadian regulations and labelling, we have access to them in different carts. Here is an explanation and how to access the products!
First: we have the ON THE GROUND cart (OTG). These are items approved by the Canadian government for sale in Canada. You can order them in CAD and they are shipped to your Canadian address. We have a big variety to choose from! You can order via Essential Rewards or Standard order. (PS: ER is the way to go, because free points and free gifts!)
Next: items that are available but not yet registered with the Canadian government, or items that do not yet have a Canadian label, are considered NFR (Not For Resale). They can be ordered and purchased in USD, and shipped to us in Canada. Yes, you can order via ER or Standard Order.
Thirdly, we have the Dropship cart. This is the FULL Catalog, which includes items in OTG and NFR and also items that are only accessible in US. These items can be ordered and purchased in USD and only shipped to a US address. Those of us who live by the border, or travel to the US, can order via ER or Standard order and have it shipped to a US address.Yes, you can order ER on one, both, or all of these carts in one single month. That means we can earn 3x the ER points and free promo items if we want to! Just remember to either move, change or cancel each cart's order for the following month by contacting customer service at 1 855 429 2616. Otherwise the cart order will process the following month.
No, you do not need to have an ER order or Standard order in all carts every month. ER is customizable so you decide which cart you want to order from!
Please note: For NFR ER, please refer to the NFR promo chart posted on the 1st of every month for the promos you will receive for that month. They are different promos for the OTG cart.
