🌿Sage emits a strong, spicy, clarifying, and uplifting aroma when diffused. It has been used traditionally for its clarifying properties and abilility to strenthen the senses.

• to relieve minor skin irritation, cuts, bruises & burns.
• or inhaled can act as a nervine and calmative which enhances relaxation.
• to help relieve joint or muscle pain associated with sprains, strains & rheumatoid arthritis.
• when experiencing digestive discomfort can act as a carminative and antispasmodic.
• or inhaled to reduce the symptoms of cold & cough.

It takes 1kg of Sage material to make 1 15ml bottle of Sage oil.
The ancient Romans knew it as Sacred Herb, and used it extensively for many ailments such as oral health, ulcers, digestion (especially breaking down of meat), sore throats and woundcare.
10 ways to use Sage oil

1)Add to Thieves Household cleaner, to help clean/purify.
2) Add a few drops to your shampoo.
3) Combine with Spearmint and diffuse during homework or study time.
4) add to your pain cream.
5) Add to your nighttime serum to do double duty: to help purify skin, and to aid in calming and balancing emotions.
6) Rub on belly for tummy discomfort.
7) Combine with RC and rub on throat/chest or on bottom of feet to help with cough/colds.
8) Add a few drops to foot bath and soak to relieve tender tootsies.
9) Create a room spray by combining with Lavender and water in a spray bottle.
10) Add to prayer/meditation time.
