Q. Which Young Living markets can participate in the Rise to Rank challenge?
A. All U.S. and Canada brand partners with a primary address in the United States or Canada may participate.
Q. When is the qualification period?
A. The qualification period starts February 1, 2022, and runs through June 30, 2022, at 11:59 p.m., MT.
Q. Which customer or rank types can participate in this challenge?
A. The Rise to Rank challenge is open to brand partners who:
(1) Have never reached the rank of Executive or (2) have previously achieved Executive but are no longer paid as Executive as of January 31, 2022.
OR
(1) Have never reached the rank of Silver or (2) have previously achieved Silver but are no longer paid as Silver as of January 31, 2022.
Q. If I am currently an Executive, can I participate?
A. Yes, you can participate by hitting Silver by June 30, 2022, at 11:59 p.m., MT.
Q. If I have ranked as Executive and/or Silver in the past but I am currently a Senior Star or lower, can I participate?
A. Yes, if you have ranked as Executive or Silver but are no longer paid at the rank as of January 31, 2022, you can still participate in this challenge.
Q. Do I have to maintain Executive or Silver for more than one month (e.g., three months)
to qualify for a reward?
A. No. To earn the Executive or Silver reward (or both), you must reach the respective rank during the qualification period, but there is no ongoing rank maintenance requirement.
Q. What rewards do the qualifiers receive?
A. All qualifying U.S. and Canada brand partners who achieve Executive by 11:59 p.m., MT, on June 30, 2022, will earn an Ember Diffuser and a custom, exclusive Select 30TM Collection (retail value: $1,682.94 USD).
All qualifying U.S. and Canada brand partners who achieve Silver by 11:59 p.m., MT, on June 30, 2022, will earn an AriaTM Ultrasonic Diffuser and a custom, exclusive Premier AromaTM Collection (retail value: $5,558.36 USD).
Participants who achieve both Executive and Silver during the qualification period will earn both rewards.
Q. Is there an extra incentive to complete the challenge before the deadline?
A. Those who qualify before 11:59 p.m., MT, on May 31, 2022, will be eligible to pick up their corresponding rewards in person at the 2022 U.S. and Canada Convention in Salt Lake City June 15–18. There will also be a VIP recognition lounge at the convention to honor and celebrate those who complete the challenge.
Rewards will be included in July Young Living orders for those unable to attend the convention. For those who don’t attend the convention and don‘t place an order in July, Young Living will ship their reward at the beginning of August.
Per the Young Living Policies and Procedures, any returns during the qualification period may affect reward eligibility.
Q. How do I earn 10 percent off enrollment codes?
A. You’ll earn a 10 percent off enrollment code when you spend 100 PV (one-time orders and subscription orders qualify) between February 1 and March 31. You can then share this code with a friend to get them 10 percent off their first order. Enrollment codes are sent via email within a week of your qualifying order, so you can easily pass them on to a friend to use by April 30 to get them started with Young Living products.
You can earn up to four enrollment codes if you place a qualifying one-time order and subscription order in both February and March.
Q. What do I do if I don’t get the email with my enrollment code?
A. If you don’t get the email with your enrollment code, please make sure to check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find your code and it has been over five business days, please reach out to our Customer Services team at the email of promotions@youngliving.com. Make sure you are opted in to Young Living emails with the email address you have on file.
