Love the skin you've got!

Before we get into the nitty-gritty, let's chat about why natural skincare is so important! Only 11% of the 10,500 chemicals used in the different personal care products have been tested for safety. Crazy to think the average female applies over 500 chemicals to her body a day body wash, moisturizer, toner, face wash, facial scrubs, make-up, perfume, lotion... shall I go on? You're applying a lot of these things TWICE A DAY. But listen, we've ALL been there. But as we learn, we KNOW better so we can DO better. 🙌

Your SKIN is the largest organ in your body! Crazy, right? Anything you put on your skin, can penetrate and get into your bloodstream very quickly, affect your cells AND wreck havoc in your body in various ways. That's why caring for our skin naturally is so important! We care about the ingredients in your skincare, not just the fact that it says "natural" or "organic" on the label. Unfortunately, marketing can be quite deceiving.

Cleansing gets us that clear and glowing complexion. It removes environmental toxins, makeup, perspiration and dead skin from our pores.
Here are my YL favorites!
- ART Cleaner (Anti-Aging)
- Orange Blossom (Oily Skin Types & Teens)
 - Charcoal Bar (Pulls Toxins; Men Approved!)
- Mirah Cleansing Oil (Removes Makeup + Cleanses)
and of course the BLOOM line rocks too.
I don't know about you, but I LOVE this step in my routine. It leaves my skin feeling SO soft.
Exfoliating:
🌱Minimizes the appearance of pores
🌱Promotes the absorption of moisturizers for that youthful appearance
🌱Increases blood circulation, which in turn helps you to achieve healthy and glowing skin.

Forget those apricot scrubs which scratch and damage the surface of your skin! Satin Facial Scrub uses jojoba wax beads. They are rounded so they do not scratch as they exfoliate. Great for all skin types and a must for oily or acne-prone skin. This one tube is a 3-4 month supply (score!)

The ideal pH level of our skin is 5.5. After you cleanse and exfoliate, your face can take up to an hour to restore its natural pH. A good toner will immediately restore your pH balance as well as remove all remaining impurities. Pretty cool, huh?
🌱ART Toner - It increases blood circulation to give your skin a healthy glow while removing impurities. No harsh dry feeling you get from traditional toners! It can be used for all skin types. 2-4 month supply. 💚DIY Toner Spray - with Witch Hazel + added oils.

Let's chat about serums! Quickly moisturize and rejuvenate the face with faster visible results. Nutrients penetrate deep within the layers of your skin where a regular moisturizer cannot.   Cleanse + Exfoliate + Tone + Serum = MAGIC
✨ ART Renewal Serum - power packed with incredible oils! Helps to deeply nourish, hydrate and maintain a youthful appearance. Apply to fine lines, wrinkles, scars, hyperpigmentation. 2-3 month supply.

If you're unhappy with your makeup coverage, chances are your skin is at the root of the issues. This is why it's important to invest in skincare AND makeup that supports healthy looking skin and enhances its natural radiance. Choosing products that are plant based, free from parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances and other harmful ingredients is the best option you can make and be happy with! Try: Savvy Minerals powder and/or liquid makeup!

A moisturizer protects and hydrates your skin, which is essential no matter your age or skin type. Using a moisturizer both morning and night will help keep your skin healthy and radiant. ✅ ART Light Moisturizer - normal skin; helps to repair damaged DNA (think sun damage) and reduce the appearance of fine lines. ✅ ART Intensive Moisturizer - dry skin; great for winter facial dryness. ✅ Orange Blossom Moisturizer - combination skin; popular with the teens!

Jade rollers aren't a technical breakthrough in skincare. They've been a staple in Chinese skincare routines since the 7th century, and are believed to have healing and protective properties. The handheld massagers are usually dual-ended with two jade stone heads that allegedly boost blood circulation, reduce swelling, and help your skincare products penetrate deeper. Basically, they're supposed to be a quick, easy cure for daily skincare struggles like dark under-eye circles and puffiness from fatigue. The increase in circulation can also help smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. Pair this with your favorite essential oils for skin and it's a match made in heaven 🙌

Young Living has some specialty products that target specific skin issues.
